Pilates can help relieve stress, improve posture and body awareness. Pilates exercises focus on rebalancing the muscles around the joints to prevent injury, balancing strength and flexibility.

Class Descriptions

Essential Reformer: In this class you will learn the essential level exercises building core strength, flexibility and coordination. The pace is moderate, yet challenging and will tone muscles, strengthen the core and provide an invigorating total-body workout.

Intermediate Reformer: Designed to achieve a strong, fit and toned body, Intermediate Reformer challenges neuromuscular precision. Feel the complexity of this intermediate level workout as it incorporates the Reformer®, Reformer Box, Platform Extender and Maple Pole to explore a greater range of movement, increase your performance and boost your stamina.

Jumpboard: Boost your metabolism, increase strength and maximize your flexibility with Jumpboard Interval Training. Add variety and challenge to your Reformer routine by using the jumpboard. Get your heart pumping, burn calories and enjoy a total-body cardio and core exercise routine.

Zen❁Ga Reformer: Enjoy a unique and challenging workout that focuses on clarity of the mind, core stability and resilience. Perform traditional Vinyasa Yoga postures  against the spring-loaded resistance of the Reformer assisting with the movement developing a higher level of total-body fitness.

Reformer Barre: Combine elements of dance with the foundational principles of STOTT PILATES® in a Reformer-based workout that will challenge the body’s strength and stability. In this unique program, the spring resistance of the Reformer along with the resilient properties of the Cardio-Tramp™ Rebounder combines in a routine that will create lean, toned muscles and help you move with grace.

Total Barre: High-energy and dynamic, Total Barre intergrates elements of Pilates, dance, cardio & strength training. Emphasizing correct biomechanics of movement combined with the power of music to increase strength, flexibility, stamina and dynamic stability. This class is geared for everyone—no dance experience or tutus required!

Rock Bottom/Tight Tums: When you ask most people what muscles they want  to tone, they usually point to their gluts and abs.  In other words, their Bottom and Tums.  This class is dedicated to targeting these areas from the thighs and hips to the waist.  Find the flatter, firmer abs you’ve been looking for while strengthening the body from the inside out.

Mat Pilates: Mat is where it’s at! Master proper technique to get the most out of your practice.  Using your body weight as resistance you will build core strength, stability, and muscular endurance.  Are up for the challenge?

Reformer Sculpt & Tone: This innovative crossover class will reinvent your reformer practice by taking some of the Mat and Cadillac exercises and performing them on your reformer utilizing the vertical frame.  You’ll not only see the difference, your body will feel the difference.

TRX: The TRX Suspension Trainer leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. You’re in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise – because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance. Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability. Athletic shoes required.
