Breast Cancer Recovery

A Pilates Based Exercise Program for
Post Recovery Breast Cancer

Through a series of stretches tailored to your specific surgery whether it be a lumpectomy, mastectomy, lat flap or tram flap, along with Pilates exercises; a program is designed specifically for you.  Starting with  stretches that will minimize muscle soreness, tightness and weakness. As range of motion is improved light weighted Toning Balls are added to restore strength, mobility and endurance.

Sessions are 55 minutes in length and preformed  twice a week for a total of twelve sessions.

Everyone is different and heals at his/her own pace. Speak to your doctor or health care professional before embarking on this or any  exercise program.

A physicians medical release is required before starting this program. I will work in conjunction with your doctor’s recommendations as to what exercises are appropriate for you.
