This series is perfect for new clients wanting to learn Pilates in a safe small group class.

With a combination of mat and reformer Pilates you will learn:
• the Stott Pilates 5 basic principles
• over 70 essential mat and reformer exercises
• how to set up your Pilates reformer for your body
• proper movement patterns to develop strength, flexibility,
balance, and coordination.
